Mr. Jain is renowned Scientist/Formulator in the skin and personal care industry. Always fostered a passion for the sciences throughout his schooling. Driven with his passions for the medical and pharma field, he went on to pursue a master’s degree in pharmaceutical chemistry (Peptides). He then embarked on his career working at Dabur Research Foundation (DRF) in the personal care products division, allowing him to gain substantial research and developmental experience working with various types of personal care products. As his professional journey continued, Mr. Jain gained experience working in both brand companies and contract manufacturers R&D. Jain has held a variety of positions, ranging from formulator to Vice President of the Research and Development department. Knowing that his true ambition was to innovate and create, Jain started his own formulation, research and development-innovation consulting company “Nilokj Inc.”, a parent company of Kustomized Innovative Cosmetics (KIC). KIC seeded to provide support to his client in the personal care industry with the need of small volume manufacturing. To this day, Mr. Jain has remained true to his personal goals as he continues to make endeavors and progress towards success in his career.
